Please note that where you obtain a price quote or order a product from a Service Provider through the Site, that Service Provider will also be a data controller in respect of any personal data relating to you which they collect as a result of any such activities. You should therefore review the product provider’s privacy statement before you seek a price quote or order a product from any of them. 
By using our Site you are consenting to our processing your personal data and that of others you provide to us, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Statement.

Collection of Personal Data

Before you provide us with any information whether personal data or not (including sensitive personal data, such as information relating to racial origin, physical or mental health or condition or sexual life of the data subject, or the commission of any offence), about persons other than yourself, you must get their prior permission. In providing information about such persons, you represent to us that they have read this Privacy Statement, that you are authorised by them to disclose their personal data and that they each consent to us and third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal data, processing their personal data. 
In order to provide the Services which can be availed of through the Site, we collect and process personal data including sensitive personal data (including sensitive personal data, such as information relating to racial origin, physical or mental health or condition or sexual life of the data subject, or the commission of any offence), about you and others as necessary and we disclose that personal data to a number of third party Service Providers as specified below. For example when you submit in the secure area of the Site, an order for a product, we may ask you to provide us with personal data, such as credit card or other information so that we can Invoice you for the product as well as contact you regarding your order.

We also collect from the Site and keep personal data and information regarding which categories or types of products users of the Site are reviewing or searching for. We also collect personal data in order to review and analyse market trends and the tracking of sales data.

Disclosure and Use of Personal Data

We will disclose your personal data and information provided by you about others, to the Service Providers whose products can be accessed through the Site, in order that i) they may consider whether to provide or not to provide you with a quote you have requested via our Site or ii) to accept and process an order you have submitted through the Site. 
Where you have come to our website by clicking on a price comparison service link via another website, we will supply information about the quotations you have obtained and any policies you obtain to the owner of that site. 
We use your personal data to supply you with price quotes for products to submit orders to relevant Service Providers for products you may have specified and purchased through us and also to bill/contact you about an order. We also analyse information provided by you and others to help us administer, support and improve our business. 
We may use your personal data to contact you, to tell you about important changes or developments to the Site or about our Services or to send you renewal information about a product you would have purchased through our Site. 
Information we collect regarding which categories of products visitors are looking at or searching for, is used to learn what visitors are interested in, so as to improve our Services. It is also used to show related products on the Site and also to produce traffic statistics for capacity planning. 
We may in the future offer a line of subscription services, which will enable you to receive different kinds of information and offers. Unless you tell them otherwise, you agree that Service Providers to whom we have disclosed your personal data, may contact you by post, telephone, email or SMS to promote their products and services. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way, you need to let them know by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button or notifying them as required by their Privacy Statement on their website. Wherever possible we seek to prevent Service Providers from whom we request price quotes or submit orders to, from sending you marketing communications. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be made available to third parties (including to Regtel), in order for us to comply with law, regulatory requirement or legal process, in order to protect and defend our rights and to enforce our conditions of use. You agree that the IP address may be supplied to regulatory authorities in connection with fraud or other formal investigations and we undertake to keep such information confidential except for disclosure to such authorities in connection with such investigations. 
You agree that if you send offensive or objectionable content or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the Site, that we can use whatever information that is available to us about you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour. 
In order to prevent fraud, to check your identity or prevent money laundering, we may search the files of credit reference agencies. They will record any credit searches on your file. We may also disclose details of how you conduct your account with us to such agencies. The information may be used by lenders for making credit decisions about you, for fraud prevention, money laundering prevention and for tracing debtors. 
We may pass aggregate information on the usage of our Site to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you. Please also see the next paragraph.

IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the internet. When you visit a particular web page in www.kickbacks.se our servers log your address.

Right to be supplied with a Copy of Personal Data

You have the right to be given a copy of your personal data which you may have supplied to us via the Site. To exercise this right, you must make your request in writing, post it and send it to our address as specified above and include with the request, a copy of your passport, a copy utility bill which will verify your address and enclose a fee of Euro 6.35. A request will be dealt with as soon as possible and will take not more than 40 days to process.

Rectification, Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

You also have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected. If you discover that we hold inaccurate personal data about you, you have a right to instruct us to correct that information. Such an instruction must be in writing and will not take more than 40 days to process. 
We are obliged to keep information about you for compliance purposes (including compliance with law and any applicable Financial Regulator Code of Practice) and so this information cannot be deleted. We also, for safety reasons, need to keep details of the IP address used to place the order. 
In certain circumstances you may also request that personal data which you have supplied via the Site be deleted, if we do not have a legitimate reason for retaining the personal data. We are not entitled to charge for dealing with such a request and we must comply within 40 days of the receipt of such a request. To exercise this right you would generally be expected to identify some contravention of data protection law in the manner in which the Site processes the personal data concerned. 
In each case, you must make your request in writing, post it and send it to our address as specified above and include with the request, appropriate information as we determine that will identify you and your address.
